Frame rate and Session Start
Check your timeline settings in your daw. Specifically, Start time and frame rate:
Set up the DAW Streamer
Start a DAW streamer from your MixStage Dashboard or Session.
Select the proper MIDI and Audio input (the outputs selected in your DAW)
Note: MTC sends only 24, 25 or 30 fps. MixStage DAW Streamer can translate this into your project's desired frame rate. When using odd frame rates, as in this example, use the "Project frame rate" setting in the DAW streamer to convert to the correct format (i.e., MTC is received as 24 fps, but the project is in 23.976)
TIP: If something is causing a small delay, an external Atmos renderer or similar, adjust the timecode offset accordingly.
Start a MixStage Session and select your Project
Make sure the Project Frame Rate matches the one in your DAW timeline.
Make sure your Project Start TC matches the one in your DAW.
Tip: All timecode inputs in MixStage™ can be entered without dividers [:]. To set a start timecode, select the current one, write 01000000, and press [enter]
Start your stream
Select your DAW streamer (Your name) as the source of Audio and sync at the bottom of your MixStage session window.
